Shadow Omega

(this is officially the least DHTML-intensive page I've made since 1999...)

Shadow O here. Professional listmommy, sarcastic commentator, and whiner. Life finds me currently residing in Panama City, Florida, and nursing an unnatural urge to become an MCSE, despite my essential distrust of Microsoft. I'm also the webcartoonist who, after being inspired day-in and day-out by the other RQ Babes, created RQ Confidential. Of course, RQ Con is a subsidiary of my larger website for DHAK Productions, but don't worry--the comic is pretty much the only thing that gets updated.

ANOTHER THING:

I have no other outlet for this, but I have a bizarre fascination with anime music videos. It's an art I'd really love to get into, but money prevents me from putting the hundreds of dollars into acquisition of a system, software, and all those DVD's for source material. Here are links to a few of my favorite video producers:

Hsien Lee's Kusoyaro Productions. The GOD of AMV's in my book. Made the 'Bachelorette' Utena video that remains #1 to a lot of people, 'Love and Hate in Tokyo-3', and 'Dreams Come True' for Fushigi Yugi. He has an uncanny sense of theme and timing. No one else can be Hsien Lee, they only WISH they could be.

Kestrel Concepts. Kestrel's the authoress of a generous handful of Utena videos that kick ass. Her only fault is using damn Quicktime (which she deviated from in order to make 'Bury My Lovely', an exceptional clip). 'The Promise' and 'In God's Country' are still two of the best Utena videos out there. Plus, she dabbles in some other anime. But Utena videos always make the grade for me. ^_~

Jesmater's Page at amv.org. Jesmaster is a sort of rough-and-tumble vid maker. He has two crowning glories: Rapid (Kenshin) and Trippin' on Utena, and if just for those, I'm willing to place him in my pantheon.

Night Owl Pictures. They made 'Love is Roses', a comic/dramatic Utena video set to Ahmed and Dweezil Zappa's cover of 'Hit Me Baby (One More Time)'. What other reason, I ask you, would I need to put them here??

And since you survived THAT, here's my List of Anime Music Videos I will make if I ever get the setup I so richly deserve. Muahhahaha! My assault on the world begins now! Or as soon as I finish this game of Bejeweled! And drink this soda! And play with these toys!
